Terms of Service

These terms apply to enterprise92.com and to all Enterprise92 tools, including Bill92 and Rabta92 (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
Each Enterprise92 tool currently has its own account. You must give accurate information when you sign up, verify your email address, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
2. Plans
- Each tool offers a free plan or free trial and paid plans, as shown on our pricing page. Each plan sets which features you can use and the usage limits that apply.
- The Free plan has limits. For example, Bill92 allows 3 invoices in total and Rabta92 offers a limited trial.
- We may change plan features, limits or prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they take effect.
3. Payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or (where offered) yearly. Prices are shown and charged in Pakistani rupees.
- Payments are processed by Safepay. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Your paid plan is activated automatically once we receive and verify Safepay's confirmation of your payment. If a payment is pending, fails or is reversed, paid features are not activated, or may be suspended.
4. Renewal, changes and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the tool's dashboard at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for and will not be charged again. If a renewal payment fails, we may give you a short grace period before your account moves to the Free plan.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services for anything illegal, to send spam, to deceive or impersonate others, to upload harmful files, or to interfere with the Services, other users or our security. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You own the content you add (such as invoices, client details and widget settings). You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the Services to you.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Services reliable and secure, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features over time and will give notice of significant changes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Enterprise92 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
